Please read these Terms before using the BlenderBottle online store. They apply to store content, customer interactions, and every submitted order.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for account activity and credential security. The store may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Products and Content

We aim to present descriptions, images, availability, and colors accurately, but displays, dimensions, packaging, and manufacturer details can vary. Availability and quantities may change. Product information is general and does not replace packaging directions, care instructions, warnings, or professional advice. Store content belongs to us or its respective owner and may not be commercially copied without permission.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel for inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping limitations, or misuse. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when shipment is confirmed or we otherwise expressly accept. If we cancel after payment, the applicable amount is refunded.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and checkout totals are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales or other taxes are collected as required by law; not every location is promised to be tax-free. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount. See the Payment Policy for details.

Shipping and Returns

We ship only within the United States. All U.S. orders receive free shipping with no minimum purchase. Processing takes 1–2 business days and is separate from estimated carrier transit of 4–6 business days. The Shipping Policy explains tracking and the 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) cutoff.

Cancellation may be requested before shipment. Once shipped, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery; exchanges are supported; BlenderBottle pays eligible return shipping with a free prepaid label; and no restocking fee applies.

Acceptable Use

Do not introduce malicious code, scrape or interfere with the store, bypass security, infringe rights, submit false information, harass others, or violate law. Access may be restricted for conduct that threatens customers, the service, or third parties.

Third-Party Services

The store relies on Shopify and may link to services we do not control. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk and we are not responsible for third-party content or conduct.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the store and content are provided on an “as available” basis without unstated warranties. Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability. Where permitted, BlenderBottle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from store use.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted, you agree to indemnify BlenderBottle against third-party claims arising from unlawful misuse or material breach of these Terms. Consumer rights provided by law are not limited.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by laws applicable at our merchant address and applicable United States law, without depriving consumers of non-waivable protection. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Updates apply prospectively and are identified by the date above.
